Patrick Elsner has a real passion for business ownership and a true understanding of why not everyone is suited for a cubicle in corporate America.
His unbridled success as a consultant today is due to the notion that he truly understands when people say things like “I want financial freedom” or “I’m tired of being just a number here at my company.”
Having left an executive management position with a major media company 20 years ago to work with small businesses on best practices, he shares people’s dreams and understands how to help people make intelligent decisions with both logic and emotion.
Patrick spent almost 15 years in advertising sales with some of the biggest companies in America being his clients - including Ford, Bank of America, American Airlines, Anheuser-Busch and State Farm. For eight of those years, Patrick was responsible for the sponsorship sales of the St Louis Cardinals Radio Network. Before radio, he was with the #1 NBC-TV station (KSDK) in St Louis and garnered more accolades for new business development than any of his peers. That is where he grew a true appreciation for small business and franchising.
Many of his clients included local franchisees with Stanley Steemer, Dairy Queen, Sylvan Learning Centers and Subway. He remains close friends with many of his former clients.
Today, he works together with budding entrepreneurs to choose the perfect match among the thousands of franchises available in the US. His patience and insight are welcoming virtues to sometimes understandably anxious individuals venturing out into the world of self-employment.
